Every HomeHome.App device uses a set number of Maker Credits. You buy them as a monthly or yearly subscription, and they are linked to your Gmail address. Digital only – no hardware is shipped.

Try it free first. Installing the firmware is free, and every device starts in demo mode by itself after setup – the Bridge for 24 hours, other devices usually for 10 to 20 on/off changes, depending on the device. Buy Maker Credits only when you like it. When we have added them to your Gmail account, restart the device and it keeps working.

How to buy

From checkout to a working device

Count your credits with the tables above. The minimum is 10.
Choose Monthly or Yearly and set the quantity – 10 to 500 credits.
At checkout, write your Gmail address in the order note – the one you entered in the device setup. You can also email it to info@homehome.app.
We add the credits to your Gmail account and your devices keep working. See them at smart.homehome.app.

Billing

Cancelling, running out, refunds

How do I cancel?

Any time: open your account › Dashboard › Subscriptions. Your credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens when my credits run out?

At the end of the paid period, the devices stop working. They start again as soon as credits are added.

Can I get a refund?

Maker Credits are digital and activated right away, so activated credits are not refunded. You can cancel the renewal at any time.

Is any hardware shipped?

No. You buy the board in your own country and install our free firmware yourself. See the getting started guide.
