This policy covers this online store: browsing it, your store account, orders of Maker Credits and messages you send us.
2
What we collect
Your store account
You sign in with WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, Apple or an email code. We receive your name, your email address or WhatsApp number and the sign-in ID of the service you chose. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we receive Apple's relay address instead of your real one.
Your orders
The products and number of credits you buy, prices, currency, order status, invoices and the order note. In the order note you write the Google (Gmail) address that your devices use (see section 4).
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive whether the payment succeeded and the payment record for your order.
Your messages
What you write to us by WhatsApp, email or the chat on this store, and our replies. Replies in the store chat can be written by an AI assistant.
Technical data
IP address, browser and device information, and security logs. We also collect what our cookies and similar technologies store (see section 7).

Your Gmail address and Maker Credits
To activate your devices, we add the Maker Credits you buy to the Google (Gmail) account you write in the order note. We use that address to add and manage your credits and to help you with them.
6
Outside the UK
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, for example in the European Union and the United States. When data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EUβUS Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and browser storage are always on. They keep you signed in, remember your cart, currency and cookie choice, keep the store chat working and protect the store. They also remember the products you viewed recently.
Analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment records: as long as UK tax and accounting law requires, usually six years after the end of the financial year they belong to.
- Your store account: until you delete it. Order records we must keep by law stay after that.
- Chats in our store inbox (store chat and WhatsApp): 30 days if you have not ordered, 365 days if you have.
- Carts that were not checked out: 30 days.
- Security logs: as long as needed to keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
9
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- send it to you or to another company in a common format
- stop using it where you gave consent
You can download your data and delete your store account yourself in your account settings. For anything else, email info@homehome.app. We answer within one month and may ask you to confirm who you are.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
