Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers Maker Credits bought from the HomeHome.App store, run by HomeHome App Ltd, 79 College Road D#77, Harrow, London, HA1 1BD, United Kingdom.

1. Digital only – nothing to return

Maker Credits are a digital subscription that switches on HomeHome.App firmware on your own boards. No hardware is sold or shipped, so there is nothing to return.

2. Refunds

Maker Credits are digital and are activated on your Gmail account right after purchase, so activated credits are not refunded.

At checkout you tick a box to ask us to start right away and to confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Your order and the confirmation email record this.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel the renewal at any time in your account › Dashboard › Subscriptions. Your credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. When your credits run out

If your credits run out, your devices stop at the end of the paid period. They start again when you add credits.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under UK law.
