These terms apply when you buy from the HomeHome.App store. The store is run by HomeHome App Ltd, 79 College Road D#77, Harrow, London, HA1 1BD, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). The store runs on OrderInChat, which provides the storefront, checkout, messaging and hosting; OrderInChat is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase.
1. What we sell
We sell digital subscriptions only: Maker Credits that activate HomeHome.App firmware on boards you own. We do not sell or ship hardware. You buy compatible boards and parts yourself.
2. Your account and devices
You are responsible for buying a supported board, installing the firmware, wiring it correctly and keeping it powered and online. Follow the setup guide for your product. Working with mains-powered equipment should be done by a qualified person.
3. Subscriptions
Maker Credits are billed per credit, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel from your store account at any time; your credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Activation
Maker Credits are linked to the Gmail address you give us. After payment we add the credits to that Gmail account manually, and each device uses credits according to its type.
5. Price changes
We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell, copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the firmware or service, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Third-party services
The firmware works with services we do not control, such as Apple Home, Google Home and eWeLink. Their availability and changes are outside our control.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features need an internet connection.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. HomeHome.App is a home-automation tool, not a certified security, fire or flood alarm system; do not rely on it as your only protection.
10. Your statutory rights
These terms do not affect your rights as a consumer under UK law.
11. Trademarks
Apple, Apple Home and HomeKit are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Home is a trademark of Google LLC. Sonoff and eWeLink are trademarks of ITEAD. ESP32 and ESP8266 are trademarks of Espressif Systems. M5Stack is a trademark of M5Stack Technology. HomeHome.App is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by these companies.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
